Pilates

Pilates strengthens the whole body from the core out. We use the breath as a guide to supportive abdominal activation. From there we connect with every aspect of the body. Pilates is known for it’s therapeutic benefit and is appropriate for almost everyone.

Private Pilates Sessions

In private sessions we utilize equipment that both supports and challenges our efforts. Springs provide resistance for our arms, legs and sometimes for the core. With the equipment, exercises that may not have been appropriate on the mat are often accessible.

Sessions last for 60 minutes.

Childcare is available, but we have to arrange it in advance.

If you need to cancel a private session or mat class, please allow at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, you will be charged the full session or class rate. Thank you!
